Do all prices include GST?
Yes.
Is it all made in New Zealand?
Yes, we are 100% New Zealand owned and operated.
What if I change my mind?
If you have paid for the item or items but your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by contacting us asap. If the order has been shipped, you will need to return the order within 10 days. See our returns and refunds policy for more information.
What is your refund policy?
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase you may, within 10 days of receiving your order, return the purchase for a complete refund, provided it remains in its original condition. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss this. See our returns and refunds policy for full details.
After this period, returns are not permitted, however exchanges are.

How long is the waiting time?
If in stock, you will receive the lamp within a week if you are New Zealand based.
If it needs to be manufactured, delivery time is up to 20 working days.
If you are ordering from overseas, it depends on the courier companies which can be tracked. In this case we will keep you up to date with the ordering process.
What precious metal are the pieces on the website?
Most pieces are made in Sterling Silver 925. However, a few are Gold plated and very few in solid Gold: either White, Yellow or Rose.
Ceramic Lights
Are the lamps handmade?
Yes. Every hole is hand drilled, following a free hand drawn pattern.
Are the bases & electric components included?
Yes they are - except the tea lights, which come with candles and candle holders.
Do the lights come with a power converter?
No, they do not. However, they are available are hardware stores should you need one.
For the tea lights, is the glass container suitable to be filled with water and used as a vase?
Yes. This is the idea, to have a 2 in 1 handmade product.

If I have a particular design I would like to have on a light, is it possible?
Anything is possible to make, in the shapes available or completely customized from scratch. Contact us to enquire.
If I have a particular request for a colour, is it possible to do this?
Yes, on request, exceptions are made.
If I was interested in only the ceramic piece, can I purchase it without the electrics?
Yes, please contact us to enquire.
In the Tea Lights, are the candles & dishes included?
Yes they are.
What does ‘crackle’ mean in the glazing descriptions?
All glazes are formulated to fit the expansion/contraction characteristics of the clay body onto to which they are applied, and fired. Crackles do the opposite, hence the crackle, or craquelle.

Can I choose the photos?
Yes, you can provide your own images.
Can I have a laminated poster?
Yes.
Can I print on canvas?
Yes.
Can I swap a few photos from a collage?
Yes. Prices vary according to the amounts. Bundle prices are available as well.
Can it be framed?
Yes.

What are the sizes available?
Sizes range from as small as an A5 to as big as an A0
Vases
Are all vases water resistant?
Yes. However, if you choose to go for certain glazings, such as red or any that Has a ‘crackle’ effect, there Is the chance that they will leak, sometimes a bit sometimes not.
Do the vases come with flowers?
No. But if needed and possible, it could be arranged and delivered and such!
